- Items must be unused, unwashed, and returned with original tags and packaging.
- Returns must be initiated within 10 days of receiving the order.
- Use separate packets for items from different orders and ensure the package is securely sealed.
Refund process
- Refunds are initiated after the returned product passes our quality check.
- Refunds are processed to your original payment method.
- Refund timelines: Credit/Debit Card, UPI, Wallet, or Net Banking, within 2–5 business days.

- Free gifts are not eligible for return or exchange.
