Exchange Policy
Information about exchanging your order.
- Exchanges can be initiated within 10 days of receiving your order.
- Items must be unused, unwashed, and returned with original packaging and tags.
- You can exchange for a different size (subject to availability).
- Colour or same-size exchanges are not supported — please return the item and place a new order.
- Free return shipping is provided for eligible exchange requests.
- Exchanges are processed within 10 business days of receiving the item.
- If the requested item is unavailable, a refund will be issued to your original payment method.
