You can cancel your order provided it has not yet been dispatched.
Cancellation terms
- Partial cancellations are not allowed, cancelling one item will cancel the entire order.
- Refunds are processed within 2–5 business days.
- We reserve the right to cancel orders due to pricing errors, technical issues, or circumstances beyond our reasonable control.
Already shipped?
- Once shipped, you can refuse the package at delivery to cancel.
- Paid online: full refund once the package is back with us.
- Cash on Delivery: you pay nothing.
